Sandi Clark Mayes and Mike Mayes live in Cornwall. They offer readings, Reiki, deep energy healing and workshops – topics include meditation, mindfulness, working with colour, understanding your senses and awareness. They have been formally trained in all aspects of their work and their skills have been recognised further afield as they work in Australia, New Zealand and France. At the end of February, they will be in Dubai

Using a variety of techniques, including meditation and mindfulness, you’ll be given the skills todirectf your life into your future.

With private energy healing and self-assessment sessions, and five 55 minute workshops – the latter looking at ways to improve energy, control emotions, promote awareness of yourself and others, and to drive the process of self-healing – you ‘ll also enjoy a 25 minute Champneys massage and a complimentary Thalassotherapy pool session.
