A well deserved 5 stars to Georgia and the lettings team at Chancellors. Georgia quickly understood our needs and was in regular phone and email contact with us to suggest different properties and viewings. In the end we needed to move quite quickly which she and her colleagues helped us to do. I would highly recommend Chancellors.

He has been our point of contact from the beginning and been readily available when we've needed questions answering. My partner and I decided to sell our house with chancellors and from the our first meeting with Luke we felt assured our property was going to be in good hands, The timely manner of which Luke and his team (Lawrence & Sally) was impeccable, with each progressive stage of the selling process communicated to us in a reassuring friendly way. Not once did we feel let down nor left in the dark with what was going on, and when needed there was always someone at the end of the phone to answer our questions.

I would recommend Chancellors Estate agents Newbury in particular their sales agent Lawrence Charles to anyone who are selling their property. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be easy to sell your home but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better person than Lawrence. Our house went under contract within a week after we put it on the market at 1% under asking price. Lawrence who was also incredibly friendly and helpful walked us through every step of the completion process couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Selling a home can be very stressful. Throughout the past 2 months , Lawrence has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated by me and my wife.

Thank you to Sue and Shannon of Newbury Lettings for making the letting process of our flat easy and seamless. Sue kept us informed during each step and all of our questions were answered promptly and professionally. They were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Shannon was professional too and never gave up finding us the right tenants. This is the third tenancy that has been dealt with by the great staff at Newbury and we fully intend to continue with their services for future tenancies.

I only have good words to say about Chancellors. They initially guided me step by step through the process of renting out my flat (thank you Susan).
And most recently Lawrence has been absolutely fantastic in finding me a buyer who has bought the flat with the tenant in situ. He totally held his nerve for me throughout the entire process and managed to secure me a great price.
