I have been more than happy with the service i have recently received from chancellors surbiton, especially from Roy, who has been finding and showing potential buyers to my property.

Awful! They go through sales managers like there's no tomorrow! No consistency or professionalism.

Harrie Vischjager was extremely helpful in answering the questions I had regarding mortgages and buying a house. And with being a first-time buyer I had a lot of questions to ask Harrie. His knowledge and experience easily covered all the bases.

I worked with Harrie (branch manager) for many years and found him to be very proactive and knowledgeable in all aspects of property transactions, a true gentleman and a asset for the company .

Very unprofessional estate agent - landlord and tenants should stay away from them. They only care about money and provide terrible client services. I have some horrible experience with them and will never go back!!!

After what was a shaky start, Chancellors went over and above their call of duty to deliver an impeccable service. In what seems a cut throat world of estate agents, I always had to pinch myself at how personable and genuinely caring they were at aiding the completion of a sale - particularly at such a shaky economic time as this. Amin who handled the transaction was truly beyond honest and professional from start to finish. Not one word of negative feedback to give about him! I would use Chancellors again without a doubt and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for good quality service.

We have just completed a conversion of a commercial property to 16 flats. We dealt with Amy from the beginning, she has been very positive and very professional at all times. She has dealt with all the new buyers with courtesy and professionalism throughout. She has been a pleasure to work with and we would definitely recommend her services and would definitely use her again on our next development..

I chose Chancellors because Duncan, who valued my property, was open and honest about the chances of sale and value. The team at Surbiton including Ryan, were really good at getting viewings, passing on information and generally keeping me going when it looked like the market was slowing down.

Although my sale turned out to be a bit more protracted than expected, the Chancellors team were with me every step of the way. Particularly Karen at the Conveyancing Team offices who spoke to me virtually every day until exchange and completion.
