Was brilliant having Jasmin sandlas dining at our restaurant today, good luck with today's show!

Loved every dish served. Food was excellent in taste, Faluda n Ras Malai were in no way lesser in taste than the best available in India. No complaints regarding services , found every one there very polite. Shall recommend others visiting Birmingham

in future.

Always great food. May wait a little while so don't visit in a rush. Staff don't bother you which seems to bother some but we'd rather be left in peace which is what you get here. The food is cooked fresh and the desserts are lovely.

Best place to go if you are a prantha lover, excellent prantha good value for money, rest of the food is above average as well, customer service is a bit slow need improvement.venue 6 out of ten. Definetly recommend to friends because food quality is not bad.

Worst service ever!! Only restaurant that gives you sauces for popadoms, but no popadoms! Only restaurant that doesnt give you salad! We ordered two starters and the waitress thought it was acceptable to bring one starter out and just totally forget about the second one. Also the only restaurant that charges you for the cardboard containers for take away....Ridiculous!!! Will never ever be going back!

Worst Service ever. We ended up walking out, people coming in after us but getting food before us, staff very rude and just walk past you when you try and speak to them. Very disappointing. Better service in southall !!!

Visited here twice, both times the food took over 3 hours from the time we ordered till it reached our table, over priced for the quality of the food. No apology/acknowledgment for the delay, no customer service at all, every time you try to get a waiter/waitresses attention they were all too busy, don't see why when I never saw them with any food for the other tables or cleaning anything. Then let's say the kitchen was busy, well why did it take 2 hours for a can of coke?? They didn't have to make that!!! I would've given minus stars however it seems the lowest you can give is 1, which they don't deserve. Avoid this place like the plague!! Unless you'd like to get ignored, get over charged and have your food when your not hungry anymore!

There was no zero star otherwise I would have given it a zero star. Actually star word is too much higher for this place. Food was not at all good. Prices are high as compared to the quality. They also charge u extra for packing the food that u have already paid for . Don't recommend.

The food took forever to come even though the restaurant was empty. The service was terrible and the waitress never asked if the food was ok. When the food arrived, we found a two hairs in the channa tikki. The server never apologised either. We ordered papri chat for take away but we asked if it contained nuts, the manager rudely said no, don't order it and that we should eat at home. Would give zero stars but not available.
