Change 2 Ltd, established in 2001, is an established, dynamic company that works with organisations to provide a wide range of HR solutions. We specialise in progressing change in organisations, recognising that change needs to be managed with and through the individual and their teams for it to be truly successful and perhaps more importantly sustainable. In short, we help others change too. The two founders of Change 2 have a combined HR Development and generalist HR experience and practice of over 35 years. We have worked at a Senior HR level within a number of FTSE 100 companies across a wide portfolio of differing businesses and sectors. This experience gives us both a 'real world' perspective on organisations and therefore a focus on best-fit HR and HRD solutions. We always approach things from our clients' perspectives. Being 'the other side of the desk' for a number of years in a variety of organisations we have a valuable perspective of what works and what doesn't. Change 2 works with large organisations that may need a different perspective - or perhaps additional resource to support a particular project - as well as small to medium sized businesses that don't necessarily have their own in-house HR /HRD specialists.
