WHY?Change Autonomics is on a mission to stop excuses. Excuses for change not happening in an era when the reasons for change failure are well known, researched and readily available in thousands of open sources. Although for us it is common sense, we are here to remind to the businesses that If they are not able to change themselves, nobody will do that for them! HOW?We help executives building Anti-Fragile businesses, by developing the muscles and confidence required to initiate and realize changes autonomously at pace using only specialist help if and when is absolutely necessary. We will be happy to become obsolete. Biological Systems have been a great source of inspiration for our methods, for example: - The Human Autonomic Nervous System is a source of inspiration for the development of a two-speed organisation that is fast to adapt to threats and opportunities in a seamless and highly effective way. - Isolation, is a source of inspiration for creating an environment of innovation where new ideas are nurtured, explored and flourish. We have further evolved our frameworks and tools based on research, cumulative experience and extensive learning from successes & failures. We work on three aspects of Business Change that can make the difference: - Ideas: Exploring, Evolving and Evaluating Business Change Ideas- Execution: Singular Idea Execution and Value Realization- Consistency: Turning a "One-hit wonder" initiative practices into a Consistent Business Change System.
