Change by Exchange is a boutique facilitation and engagement consultancy focusing on helping create action, change and results, within international development, charity, and CSR sectors throughout the world. Born out of a business committed to creating long lasting linkages and connections between people (Danaqa Ltd), Change by Exchange is an experienced group of consultants working and underwriting people, facilitation, engagement and change. What is it we do?The value of facilitation is to create a space to gather the information and knowledge that is commonly lost when conversations take place with people of differing perspectives and experiences. We have a wealth of experience in stakeholder engagement, participation processes and process facilitation. Our team have worked with a range of research, international development agencies on processes from workshops to long term projects. We use a non-prescriptive and solution oriented approach to facilitation and engagement with a commitment to working with partners using engaging, innovative tools and methods. Designing processes that work towards solving problems is a priority for us. When we meet with project managers to talk through processes, the pathway to a solution is the priority. Each event or process begins with planning a clear direction to creating solutions and outcomes. Knowledge sharing and engagement tools are identified that work along the pathway to solutions, with each step oriented to get closer to the desired result.
