Change Q is one of the Not For Profit sector's most experienced consultancies and all about helping sector staff to achieve a greater degree of change. Our achievements include: • Helping Open Up Music to develop and fund a programme which disrupted the way people with disabilities and others view themselves and which won the Observer /Nesta New Radical Award for Social Change; • Helping a regional social enterprise to successfully develop national services to radically change the way the sector responds to childhood trauma and reduce the incidence of social challenges across the UK; • Guiding a 5 year strategic review for the Federation of Welsh women's Aid including facilitating strategic planning across its entire national membership;• Raising £millions for a wide range of charities including doubling revenue income, funding major capital appeals and reducing a £9m deficit We've worked with the MS Society, Christian Aid, TREE AID, RSPCA, Action for ME and the Institute of Cancer Research as well as with hundreds of staff in some of the country's most effective regional charities. Our services include: guiding charity strategic reviews for charity services, fundraising and communications; needs assessments and landscape mapping; evaluation and training in fundraising, leadership and social change.
