What a truly fantastic place. I was in so much pain with ear wax problem. I walked into 'Changes' reception . Staff were so friendly and the surroundings were fantastic. My wife and I had a lovely cup of coffee and then within 2 minutes we were seen. Jules (the nurse) made me feel so relaxed and she was so chatty.

If you need any kind of surgery then it seems that you need look no further than 'Changes' . Staff, facility's, value for money and peace of mind....What else do you need!

I've been to changes for a number of treatments and the girls are all lovely, My last appointment was last night and i had my second eye brow treatment. Naomi has given me eyebrows which i have not had for 18 years. i will definitely be coming back for more treatments.

I know I‚Äôm probably a bit biased ha ha but I had a peel 2 days ago by the amazing Nicola as I‚Äôd never tried one before. It literally took about 10-15 minutes and to be honest I actually thought to myself ‚ÄėWell I‚Äôm sure that won‚Äôt do a lot‚Äô. Today I have had 2 comments on how lovely my skin is and when I look in the mirror I really wish I‚Äôd done a before and after pic! I have had Promax - with amazing results on my thighs - at Changes and I am just returning for my arms. I had overplucked my eyebrows for many years and now they just don't grow. I had my semi permanent brows done yesterday.... I love them...can't stop looking at them. The treatment was painfree and the results are fantastic.

Naomi is one of the most friendly consultants I've ever met, so if your nervous she's your girl! Her look is flawless so gave me great hope, as she started work on my face! I trust her so much that I'm now able to say "Do whatever you thinks best, I'll see at the end"



Yesterday, I met Dr Vincent, wow! He is incredible! His soft manner, charm and smile put me at ease in minutes. Being terrified of needles, I was unsure if I could go through with Botox! He didn't rush me, explained everything in great detail and even applied 'magic cream' to numb the area! He didn't push the treatment either, giving me time alone to think about it.



When I spoke about other treatments available, he politely told me not to waste my money on bits and pieces not needed yet. I really appreciated this!



Well, within 4 hours these two deep horrible frown lines had melted away. My face that screamed LINES at me was smooth and I didn't look grumpy! I was absolutely elated! (In fact I still am) I'm so excited for my top up in two weeks!



For the first time in years I was reaching to look in mirrors. Glancing in shop windows and even looked in a car wing mirror! I couldn't believe it. On the drive home I exclaimed that every woman needs a Dr Vincent!! I took my first front facing photo last night and didn't even edit it! From the bottom of my heart thank you Vincent.



From the minute you walk in you feel as if you're in good hands. Nothing is too much trouble and discretion is the key. Every penny in my opinion is worth it. It's not just about the treatment itself, it's about the experience and how your treated. Great customer service, incredibly talented Dr's and technicians and the knowledge and advice given is the best I've ever had. I travel 3 hours to come here and don't resent the journey one bit! Clear & Brilliant Laser ‚ÄďThe treatment. I was excited to try this as I have been fighting against pigment and acne scares for years.

It was recommended to numb first so I did for about 30 minutes. The treatment itself was short-about 20 minutes. Each area was done in small sections with one pass done vertically then horizontally. The jawline, upper lip & nasal fold area, and undereye/mid cheek area were the most sensitive.

The pain wasn’t too bad but it does hurt, luckily only for a few seconds.

Immediately after-I looked like I had a bad sunburn-and it sure felt like one!

Today is my first day after the treatment, all the swollen and redness have gone. I have booked my 2nd and 3rd treatments already. cant wait to see my pigments clear up for good.
