Yesterday we had a private dining room at channels to celebrate my 40th birthday. There were 15 of us and everyone said how good the food was.

The staff were all fantastic and were very friendly.

We will definitely be returning to the restaurant and will be recommending it to my friends that they try it out.

Thank you for a great experience and making my birthday meal one to remember.

Wow wow wow! I know it's a cliché to say 'best day ever' but it really really was. Emma was absolutely incredible throughout the whole process answering random questions, allowing us to do things differently. The pre wedding meeting was very detailed and and the food tasting was wonderful.



We had our wedding on 16th June, it was touch and go if it would be outside or not but in the end it was and it was amazing. The work they've done recently to the garden is spectacular. The food was delicious and we changed it to have bowl food in the evening which I thought worked really well. On the day, Emma and David were there to look after us the entire time and Emma even had a little dance with us at the end! Staying at Channels Lodge was wonderful too and Jo was just amazing.



Channels and all the staff helped maka our day better than we could every have imagined.

We had our wedding reception at Channels and it was brilliant! The day ran smoothly and the food was fantastic! Our guests were very complimentary. We also booked out all the lodge after which was perfect and again we could not fault it. We had our wedding day at Channels Estate yesterday and it was BEYOND perfect!



We honestly could not have asked for a better day! Our jaws were aching all through the day from smiling so much!



The venue itself is stunning! From the Essex Barn, to the brasserie and the Channels Lodge accommodation.



Emma worked so hard to make sure we were happy and listened whole heartedly to any requests that we had. Nothing was ever too much trouble.



The waiters/ waitresses/ bar staff were fabulous and greeted everyone with a smile.



The food was delicious throughout the day... (please send out compliments to the chef!)



We had so many compliments from our guests about the venue, we are so glad we picked Channels!



We may have got married on Friday the 13th... but the day ran so smoothly with absolutely no hiccups.

We had our wedding at Channels last Friday and can not recommend enough to anyone looking for a wedding venue! Emma and David made sure everything ran smoothly (even when our original plan of an outdoor ceremony got rained out) and kept us informed with how things were going and what would be happening throughout the day, and any questions beforehand were answered very quickly. Oh my god how amazing is channels.. We had our wedding here on Sunday (New Years eve) and I can not fault a single thing.. The staff were amazing the venue was out of this world, I fall in love every time I come to channels... Must mention a special person that has helped us throughout our wedding journey and that's Samantha, nothing was too much trouble for her and even right up to our special day being 8 months pregnant (like myself) she was by my side while walking round the golf course having our photos taken, holding up my dress.. I can not thank you enough Sam... Love always Mr & Mrs Massey xxx

Louisa and I had our wedding at Channels on Sunday 6th August. We were delighted by how professional, helpful and caring the team were. In particular, our wedding coordinators, Sam and Jess, supported us through the day and never batted an eyelid at any request - no matter how big or small! They were absolutely amazing and made the whole day run so smoothly, from helping me to put on my buttonhole and organising our guests, to helping Louisa arrange her wedding dress for photographs and setting up our tower of cookies, they couldn't do enough for us.



The whole venue is pristine and we were very lucky to have our wedding ceremony outside on a sunny day (there are very few this August). The whole atmosphere was positive and it was clear how much the staff wanted us to have a good day. Little details, such as all the staff knowing our names, helped us to feel at home. The food was amazing and many of guests commented on how tasty the BBQ was and such a unique wedding breakfast. A huge thank you to all of the staff at Channels for giving us such a wonderful day!

I photographed a beautiful wedding here yesterday! The staff were fantastic, on hand for both brides throughout the day, particularly Emma and David - as a supplier it was super lovely to be so looked after by a venue too! It was a super hot day and we were given drinks throughout the day and a lovely meal too! Looking forward to working here again!

I had my wedding here on 23rd March. Could not have hoped for everything to been so perfect. Beautiful venue, friendly attentive staff, delicious food, nothing was too much bother. The outdoor ceremony area was stunning, luckily we had the sunshine to match! So many thanks to Emma, David and all the staff that made our wonderful day all that we dreamed it would be!

Had the most amazing time staying this weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary, 7 years after having our wedding reception here. The Brasserie was absolutely incredible, food and hospitality was fantastic! Highly recommend and for a lovely final touch, receiving a card for our anniversary.....superb!!

Fantastic venue and beautiful rooms. Staff can’t do enough for you and the food is amazing! Would highly recommend!
