Wonderfully helpful staff. We visited yesterday with our son who has a severe nut allergy and was very anxious about what he could have. The staff went out of their way to ensure we were all able to enjoy our special treat safe in the knowledge that all equipment was either unused or thoroughly cleaned before it was used for his order. I cannot recommend highly enough this level of attention during a very busy afternoon. Thank you so so much ’┐Įxxx

Thank you for a really wonderful visit today. Trips out with my Mum and my children can be quite difficult, given her dementia and their young ages, but we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Lovely shop with very friendly staff, love the milkshakes and trying different flavours, had the best tub of Ice cream with honey roasted nuts and toffee sauce, it was amazing.

Lovely coffee shop. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed a toasted sandwich yesterday. Drinks nice and hot too. All too often the larger coffee shops serve luke warm drinks which I hate. Well done. ’┐Į

Love this little place. Friendly staff and they serve a lovely coffee. Normally my Dad has the homemade cake but this time we opted for the ice cream really good. Would recommend

Gorgeous Ginger Rogers milkshake and the children couldn't finish their Easter Egg Sundaes they were soo big, staff very polite and efficient.

First visit today. The staff were very attentive and friendly, it was very clean and the hot chocolate and ham and cheese toasties were scrumptious! I will definitely be back for another visit soon.

A huge thank you to Jill & all the staff at Chaplins, we held our post wedding meet & greet on Saturday. The team were on fire knocking milkshakes out to keep our 60 of our guests happy. It is a lovely venue for a private function, all our guests commented on the efficiency of all the staff and the cleanliness of the shop not to mention their awesome milkshakes and sundaes, thank you for making our day as special as it was. Huge thumbs us from us and all our guests.
