Good staff doing their best. Excellent chemo day care ward. Parking a challenge and lifts a disaster.

Quick A&E times. Breast services 2 week rule met to see a doctor. Physiotherapy amazing

It's super clean, and they work as fast as they can. They might not taking much time explaining what is happening, but that's understandable since there is a high demand of emergencies going on.

Typical Sprawling London Hospital. Unfortunately signage is poor. Parking is limited so avoid driving if at all possible.

During our visit to Riverside wing today the receptionist, whilst civil, couldn’t bring herself to greet us with hello or good morning. Whilst staff are overworked and underpaid these everyday pleasantries should not be allowed to slip as it sets the scene for the whole visit and helps settle patients who are probably quite nervous.

Partner wanted me to accompany him during his appointment as he was nervous but was refused. No explanation just ‘it wasn’t allowed’. Complete lack of information for me and everyone else waiting for their partners/relatives as to what is happening and when they’ll be ready to go following anaesthetic.

Been admitted here thrice so far, twice planned and once through A&E. Excellent ENT team, very caring and empathetic nurses and wide variety of meals, not to mention a decent array of eateries both inside and within close proximity to the hospital. I also applaud the fact that things like meals and ward rounds run on schedule!

I was transferred to Charring Cross on the 17th April 2017 from Ealing, I had a Subarachnoid Haemorrhage ( bleed to the brain) I was in a top hospital with good Neurologists and Neurosurgeons. I was in critical care for a month, which is 2 patients to one nurse. I could have died or had serious disabilities but I don't, I am still recovering at home slowly. It's all thanks to the Surgeons, Doctors and Nurses, without there expertise and dedication I would not be here , I am forever grateful .

Very impressed with how well I was dealt with on a Saturday morning, I was seen and treated extremely efficiently. All the staff were very friendly and professional!

My mom was an outpatient in the urology department when she went and sat down in her gown for her upcoming procedure there was a big pile of blood on the floor from the previous patient trailing all around the room and no body had dealt with it. Unsanitary and unacceptable rudeness from staff.

I had spinal fusion and was an patient on 13.3.2017 to the 17.3.2017 on the Neuro ward CX 11S. I felt very unsafe the whole time due to another patient who kepted absconding and threatened to kill his wife and seven year old son. I had to insist they called security and to be moved to another bay. I had to inform the Doctor that there were not enough nursing staff to special the patient and that this was also a child protection issue. One toilet was broken and the toilets and shower rooms were dirty. There were some good nursing staff but the student nursing staff were loud during waking nights. A good consultant and some good nurses struggling to provide good quality care with a clear lack off resources. I was so happy to be discharged as I did not feel very safe at all on the ward.
