I recently moved to London on an afternoon I happened to this very clean room and friendly staff I would recommend it

By far the worst sauna I have been to anywhere--full of very sad men. More than half of the clientele was sleeping in the common room, and the place stayed relatively empty even late at night. It must be well known that this is a cheap place to come and sleep. On my way out I saw a guy walking up the stairs to the entrance and I told him there was nothing going on inside and no one really there, and he said that's ok as he was planning to sleep for the night here in any case. The management doesn't care as long as these people pay their entry fee. If you're here to cruise you will not have a good time. When I mentioned to the person working that I had noticed most people here were using the place as a cheap place to sleep, he was extremely rude and told me to leave if I didn't like it. I left and will not be back, and will let others know of my experience. If you're low on money and need a place to crash this is a fine place to spend the night. For anything else no point in coming here.

Have been going here for years I went three weeks ago and was so shocked how its gone down, having been here hundreds of times it was so dirty, up to a couple of years ago this place was spotless, the cleaners were on the go all the time Im afraid to say two weeks ago and again last night Thursday 22nd June The cleaner slept on the sofa in the lounge area for more that 5 hours.

I saw him arrive, first thing he did was to have a meal, then straight on the sofa, these are in the lounge for the paying customers.

The same had happened two weeks ago and the so called manager was asleep in the back kitchen. I stood waiting to purchase a drink for 10 minutes he was completely crashed out, this is good if something goes wrong.

If you look where there are matts on the floor there are marks around them where they just mop, before all the matts were taken up and the place smelt clean, now its dirty and the rooms are not cleaned all night, again before they were looked at all night with bins being emptied regularly not now.

I guess the boss has given up telling people, they have made their money and this is now on its knees, they should be ashamed to allow staff to run their business they way they are.

I guess this will close within the next year or so as it used to be jam packed with people now its empty, I truly believe most of the reason is the hygiene and the awful attitude of the all night staff, again up to a couple of years ago the staff would chat and were friendly, now they don't even acknowledge customers.

So I guess the boss doesn't care anymore as I've said already, and is happy to pay staff to sleep. what a great way to say thank you to all your customers who have been loyal and lined his or their pockets over the years.

And I noticed the relief morning staff that arrived this morning were just as unpleasant. I used to leave here and the staff would say bye have a good day now their too busy chatting in the kitchen area.

Please if your the owner and you bother to read this, even if your going to close this place down in the next couple of years (as you have shut some of your other saunas down in the last few years) Please have regard to the paying loyal customers.

Thank god Vauxhall is run better and is cleaner.

If your the night staff and you read this have some respect for the people who pay your wages and do what your paid to do. I hope the boss sorts this out by giving others the chance of a job and have it done properly again.

On a final note I was always under the impression that it was a rule that the staff were not allowed to cruise with guests, well last night I can that was not the case.

A loyalcustomer

This place is forlorn and neglected.
Nothing inside seemed that is has been loved not even for an instance.
All the public is elderly, which doesn't have to be neccesserly a problem. That is a question of taste.
But inside this sad (and unfortunately dirty space) all the people, from cashier to the barman and clients seem as sad as the surviorment.
Why is this place open?
As a sign of wretchedness?
Just stay a smiling person and don't go.

This place is usually dead with guys sleeping (I guess cheap motel) a pity because its a nice discreet location. Generally older crowd however its a catch 22 sometimes some really nice older dudes are there. The staff are generally polite only met one rude one, however for the most part very friendly staff; they do a great job in keeping the place clean, the wet sauna is however a bit manky.

Not a terribly large sauna, which is good. Friendly staff (usually). Good steam room. Unfortunately no jacuzzi
