Wow! So I was looking for a hairdresser within reasonable distance who used Olaplex. I wanted it as a standalone treatment and thought eh why not get it cut and finished too. I have notoriously coarse thick hair that has the worst damage on the top layer possible and every hair dresser has told me it's not that bad when I know for a fact it is!! The girl (forgot her name, sorry!) Who did my Olaplex was really nice and friendly and Samantha who cut my hair was amazing and most of all honest. My hair had no shape and she cut my hair so it actually looks like a style now and the damage feels so much better. I'll be booking again in 10 or so weeks with her defo!! Thank you so much, you guys are amazing пњљпњљ

The only salon I would trust to colour my hair, they listen to what you want and are confident and professional which puts you at ease. IвАЩve been a few times before I loved house, IвАЩve tried other salons since but if I have a colour done again I would always book charisma

I went in with a disaster mop on my head head and came out feeling a million dollars. I couldn't recommend this salon enough and my stylist Kelly what a lovely lady.

I am so glad I went to this place for my hair. For years I have been trying to find a hairdressers that I like and would keep going to and now I have. Amy did my hair and she was so lovely I felt comfortable and they all couldn't do more then enough for me. I would highly recommend Charisma to anyone. For years I have been going to the same place. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted and I did not get it!!! She cut my hair 2 different lengths at the back, I couldnвАЩt style it as it was just a mess. Someone recommended Charisma so I tried it!!! OMG talk about FANTASTIC!!!! Been going too this salon for years, went there this morning after failing too colour my own hair, looking like crap and feeling crap about myself, I popped into the salon this morning after managing too fit me within their busy day, they have fixed my hair, and more importantly made me feel I can actually leave the house now, highly recommend for gents and woman, thanks againпњљпњљ

They listen to you and help you if you are confused and don't know what to do with your hair- just like me. Lisa made me feel so comfortable, she is professional, funny and you can tell at first they do care. The Prosecco was very delicious and the coffee as well! Thank you girls amazing customer service, good quality!

After spending nearly 6 years hopping around from salon to salon I have finally found somewhere I can't wait to go back to. The salon went above and beyond to squeeze me in to their day so I could get my hair sorted before my holiday, managing to fit me in two hours after contacting them. Both Lisa and Billy made me feel extremely comfortable and took the time to listen and advise me during my appointment. All the staff seem lovely, the salon is gorgeous and my haircut is brilliant.
