After just 15 minutes of rufus being in for his daycare trial he became best buddies with hank 🐾 We have recently made our trials 4 hours long to ensure your pooch settles in well and allowing us to thoroughly asses their likes, dislikes, temperament and play styles!

We had some fantastic distance work from our advanced obedience pups in Tuesday! It’s such a pleasure to watch owners and their dogs’ bond grow so strong! Our timetable is changing in January with some new classes coming your way so watch this space to see what is on offer! 🐾

We had great fun exploring some different substrates and building our confidence, coordination and muscle control in our Juvenile session this evening! We like to cover a healthy balance of socialisation and fun activities alongside training exercises in our sessions to ensure an engaged and happy pooch! 🐾

🌟🌟ANNOUCEMENT🌟🌟 We are so happy to let you all know that we have had our annual inspection under the new animal activities licensing and we are officially a 5* daycare centre!! We are absolutely delighted that the hard work and dedication from our team all pays off! We have limited spaces on some days so do get in touch if you’d like to book in!!

took my dog there for the first time and they were so lovely to her, really looked after her well, I will definitely take her back there, I would highly recommend them, really lovely people, cannot speak highly of them. A really big thank you to all of them

We were very lucky to have a one on one session today (Must have been the footy!) Charis was very knowledgeable and understood our rescue dog incredibly well. She opened up our eyes to a new world of training. Lottie got on well and learnt loads already. can't wait to see what the next week's bring! ��

We took our 10 month old cocker spaniel to have her first groom with Charlotte, we were very impressed with the service and end result. Our dog was gleaming afterwards! Thank you.

They are just brilliant. So knowledgable and really lovely people. I have had one to one sessions with Charis, classes with Lianne, and grooming with Charlotte with all of my Cav boys. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Recently started our puppy training and Charis is just fantastic. We learn so much every single week!

Putting out puppy in doggy daycare was never our plan but a change in circumstances meant it was necessary and now I wouldn’t look back. Our puppy absolutely loves hanging out with all his new doggy friends. It is great for his socialisation both with dogs and people. All the wonderful staff are so caring and welcoming and I feel 100% confident that our puppy adores spending the day with them all. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending anybody placing their beloved dog in the care of Charismatic Pets. They are truly brilliant ������

Our little Norman has been to the day care for just over a week, he really enjoys his time there, so much so he is led belly up all night! Fab service and a very attentive staff. Highly recommend to everyone x

My 2 here on holiday so a one off visit.. They were happy shattered and hungry upon collection so I beleive they had a fab time. 5* x

Lovely people, great facility, only THE best is good enough for my Lily and I believe I have found it! Thank You X

I have used Charismatic Pets grooming, day care and training classes with my dog Zeus and have been thoroughly impressed every time. Zeus can certainly be a handful but they show him such love and attention that I never have to worry about him when he is in their care. He loves it there. I love it there. Would recommend to all!

I had my first 1:1 sessions today with Charis for my 5 month old rescue puppy, Rue.

I was a bit nervous, as was Rue! But within minutes we were made to feel comfortable.

Charis and the team are professional, friendly and helpful. The whole place is amazing and I cannot wait to integrate Rue into training classes.

After her first session I am already seeing improvements which is unbelievable.

I Took my Dog Callum my Staffordshire bull terrier to puppy training classes when he was small, the classes were fantastic! Lots of socialisation for him too. I Highly recommend charismatic pets to anyone wishing to train their dogs :)

Great to have training, grooming and daycare in one place! Wouldn’t take my dogs anywhere else, they love it there! All staff members love the dogs as if they were their own �

The Doggy Day Care facilities are second to none and are provided with careful and loving supervision by all the girls. As a client who has dipped into all their services I can highly recommend this wonderful team.

Charlotte took amazing care of my two puppies whilst we were on holiday for a week,they were only 6 months old, I knew how much of a handful they can be and was so worried about leaving them but Charlotte was so easy going with all their mischief-getting up at 2am!and I know they had a great time, it was brilliant they stayed in their familiar surroundings of their home.

Charlotte lovely job yesterday with Hattie and Hector. Now restored to full beauty.

Charlotte looked after our 2 dogs why we got married. And leanne looked after all our Pets why we went on our honeymoon and can't thank you guys enough. Will defo be using again

Charlie had a wonderful visit yesterday, his groom is just wonderful totally what we wanted and he looks stunning, thank you so much and always come home so calm after a nervous walk to the groomers can't wait for his next appointment ❤️

Charis and her team helped us adopt Ollie thanks for putting us together he's a great asset to our family

Brilliant place for Jack to be, complete peace of mind every time he is there. One to one session was extremely interesting with loads of really good tips and training hints! Thanks Charismatic!
