Tico has done so well this weekend! He has come a long way and been very brave! When he first arrived on Friday night, I had to use a slip lead as he wouldn’t let me put my hand near him to put the lead on. This afternoon he is having a cuddle with Carl (a man - his main fear) well done Tico! 👍🏻❤️

Tico is here for the weekend. He is nervous aggressive. Been here since 7pm last night. He has just approached my son for a stroke bless him. He’s doing really well!! ❤️

My first 2 case studies

Welcome! I am currently level 2 in dog psychology. I am looking for case studies to help work towards my level 3. I am providing my free services for a limited time. If you or know someone who needs a little helping hand with their pooch, please get in touch.

Our WCS had started crying when we went to bed and was getting us up anything from 03.40 a.m. several times a night. We called on Charlene for help and advise. She responded very quickly, went through our routine with Molly and gave us a plan of action to follow. Had a follow up call the next morning from Charlene to see how it went and she predicted that by Friday, we should have our nights sleep back. Well ...... today is Thursday and we didn't hear a peep from Molly all night, had a full night's sleep and got up before her this morning. Can't thank Charlene enough and would thoroughly recommend her services without hesitation!

I’ve know Charlene for just over 10 years, she has always had a special relationship with dogs, including my own. My dogs have both responded well to her training, her calm manner and patients. I would recommend her completely. Charlene also came with me when my beloved Labrador Hunny needed to be put to sleep. It was an extremely distressing and she help me trough it.
