A Community Centre with a difference. . . . The centre has space available to rent for local businesses and community groups. It also provides services, education, and activities for local residents. Over fifty businesses are based at the centre - from charitably based organisations such as Doves Nest Ministries to accountants, hair and beauty, dance schools, martial arts groups, wellbeing experts and West Suffolk College, kids soft play facilities and so much more. Start ups, small and medium businesses can base themselves here at the centre at a lesser cost to normal and are part of our "Family". There are many sessional hirers too - meeting rooms are available as are two large halls which lend themselves to fitness classes. CBC also hosts events and fundraisers - the largest of which is the Annual Community Day which is always the 1st Sunday of September. It's Thetford's largest Summer Fayre! But there's also Community Bingo every Wednesday and a free Community Supper on a Tuesday evening. The centre also enjoys working in partnership with other local organisations such as the digital phone company, CAB, REST, and New U to provide popup help clinics and services.
