An amazing place found this place by chance few years ago and now never shop anywhere else for our shoes, with 2 children will spend a good amount of time here, the staff now recognise the kids always ask how they are, the points card also helps with discounts,

Fabulous staff, always friendly & helpful. Biggest range of children's shoes I've ever seen in Milton Keynes.

I visited the Charles Clinkard store in Milton Keynes to buy sandals for my 2 year old son. There was a better selection of shoes than in Clarks (they did stock Clarks shoes, but also other brands). The assistant was very thorough measuring my son's wide feet and advised which size would be best in each brand. Another more senior member of staff then double checked the fit before I purchased the shoes. They were both really nice to my son and put him at ease and he is delighted with his new footwear. I would highly recommend shopping at the Milton Keynes store.

The product itself is fine, but the service is terrible. I received a pair in wrong color and wrong size. I was offered to send the wrong pair back (at my expense, internationally) with a vague promise to reimburse my shipping costs someday. I do not want to pay $30 for a shipping, and wait for the parcel to arrive back, and then to wait again for a new pair. The summer will be over till then, probably. Shoes went to a friend, and all that was left is a bad impression. Oh, and a relative of mine also ordered from this store, only to receive a pair of shoes in wrong color.
