We have been supplying agents and landlords in the East Anglia area since 2009 (formerly Inventory Clerk Cambridge). We have prepared reports from single occupancy rooms through to country estates and industrial units.

Our team of six have over 50 years of combined property management and inventory experience.

Our aim is to deliver our reports within 48 hours of attendance (24 hours in an emergency).

We believe that technology plays an important role, therefore, we use a cloud based diary and booking system where our clients can book their appointment safe in the knowledge that we will attend when requested.

All reports are delivered electronically with the option of our smart paperless tenant delivery system.
