Charles Lamb Ltd is a family business that opened its doors on March 13th, 1995. Run initially by husband and wife team Charles & Lois Lamb, their daughter Hannah joined the team in 2001. In 2012, Hannah took over the running of the Company due to her parents retirement. Charles Lamb Residential Lettings Ltd provides Sales, Lettings and Property management services for clients across the North East of England to suit a variety of budgets and life styles. As members of the ARLA and the NAEA our team is kept fully up to date on important changes in legislation so that our clients can be advised to the best of our ability. We pride ourselves on providing accurate and important information to all of our clients as well as a highly professional service. We make it our business to stay ahead of the game by ensuring that all staff are regularly sent on training courses and kept informed of any changes in legislation that effect the day to day business of the letting and management industry.
