Charlesworth & Son Ltd has grown to specialise in high quality, small quantity plastic mouldings in all thermoplastic and thermosetting materials. Our wide range of processing equipment gives us the ability to produce mouldings ranging from the simplest components right through to the most complex, often containing inserts and outserts in all types of plastic, see stock materials for a small selection With the latest 3D CAD package, state of the art 3D modelling system and in house toolroom we are able to provide the opportunity to produce rapid prototypes. By using a network of local specialist toolmakers we are able to offer a quick turn round for mould production. Specialising in short productions runs we can accommodate any size of production run, and even one offs, and are happy to work to call-off schedules and carry stock to allow a Kan Ban delivery system.
