There was no option to give six stars to convey the overall experience of booking my holiday with Charlotte Mitchell. Five stars do not do Charlotte justice and are simply not enough to portray the travel knowledge, professionalism, help and assistance given by Charlotte while booking my recent family holiday to Florida.

Before I had even committed to booking, Charlotte took the time to answer the many questions I threw at her over the period of a number of days, about all aspects of the holiday, from the location, flights, hotel, amenities, car hire and visitor attractions in the area. In addition to my questions Charlotte gave many more recommendations as well as helpful tips and invaluable information.
