Join me for a weekend away in the beautiful and spiritual Glastonbury, where we will explore a range of yoga practices including Vinyasa, Rocket, Yin, and meditation. We will move through 2 classes a day focusing on awakening and energising the body. There will be an optional inversion and arm balance workshop after the morning Saturday practice. This will give you an opportunity to breakdown and build upon your current asana practice. We will use the evening practice to calm... the mind and slow down so you leave the retreat feeling rejuvenated. All practices are optional and there will be plenty of down time for you to relax. You can use this as a chance to cuddle up with a book or to venture into the town. We are around about an hours walk from the Tor and the town or 5 minutes car ride.
All delicious vegetarian food is included. If you have any dietary requirements let me know at the time you book.
Cost: £335 per person. One double room, 4 twin rooms, all with shared bathrooms.
£100 non-refundable deposit paid to the below account to secure your place. The balance to be paid by 18th March 2019.

Spread over 5 weeks, the course will introduce you to the key concepts in yoga. It covers pranayama (breathwork), asana (postures), mantra and meditation. We will focus on safe alignment and learning to listen to your body. You'll be led by myself in a small group, allowing lots of time for questions, individual attention and focus. This is a great way to kick start your yoga journey and learn the fundamentals of a safe and enjoyable yoga practice. And if you're a regular practitioner, this will allow you time and space to re-explore the basics and refine your technique. The course costs £50 Book online

Come at any point during the 90 minutes for however long you chose. The class will be on donation only to cover the cost of the hall hire. Hi All - Welcome to the open mat night group. This is going to be a semi regular yoga class based upon an open mic night. Classes will be led by myself and the lovely Emma Wallace Ahern. Our vision is to give everyone an opportunity to offer something with class. If you have a posture you would like to try or you would simply like to free flow while connecting with others than this is the perfect chance. If you have a piece of music you would like to play during Savasana or ...a poem to read, bring it along. Training to be a Yoga Teacher, why not bring along a sequence to try out. All are welcome and all are encouraged to be their most creative self. Classes will be on donation basis so we can cover the cost of hall hire but we will keep this to an absolute minimum. We want this class to be affordable to everyone, give what you can, when you can. We are still currently looking at locations so if anyone has any suggestions or preference on days of the week then please comment.
