Charmfactory was founded in 2006, we are a creative digital marketing agency. Opportunity in digital continues to grow for artists and brands wanting to reach a young and creative audience. We specialise in digital marketing that authentically connects you with a hard to reach music audience.

The team at Charmfactory have been involved in music and the internet for over 15 years – through all the technological developments, dot com bubbles and file sharing eras – to still be operating successful and effective online campaigns for a range of artists and brands.

As well as music, the team have backgrounds in business, media, editorial, events, hospitality, project managing.

We work with majors, independents and unsigned artists. We have experience in tailoring campaigns to the needs of both the artist and the team in place.

We don’t just rely on data from the research online, we are proactive and speak to target groups themselves to generate ideas and further understanding; and contact digital platforms to sound out what they are offering before anyone else.

Individually we are all involved in the alternative music scene and pop music outside of work, from DJing, to promoting, radio shows, performing live and managing artists.
