Celebrating 60 years of the New York Convention
June 10th 2018 witnessed the 60th anniversary of the signing of one of UNCITRAL ‘s most successful pieces of work , the New York Convention, The Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards.
This auspicious occasion was celebrated by Audley Sheppard QC, Chairman of the Board of the LCIA, Jonathan Wood, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Ian Gaunt, Presiden...t of the London Maritime Arbitrators’ Association, at a breakfast hosted by Audley.
