Had to move to area on very short notice. The staff have been fantastic from the start. Always around to help and can't do enough for you. Excellent Agents and excellent service. Thank you Charterhouse!

Still haven't fix the noise

As a landlord we have used Charterhouse's introduction only service to find a tenant as we like to manage our own property. We have found their lettings team very helpful, organising all the necessary paper work and swiftly finding a new tenant. Thank you very much "

As a previous tenant I am disappointed with the service provided by Charterhouse. There was an error with my original contract despite checking with 2 different agents. On moving in they did not rectify the issues I had raised in my inventory (and later saying that I had caused the issues on my check out inventory) Once I had handed in my notice, viewing were arranged and I was notified in advance but they would then turn up at the wrong time (which was disruptive as I work shifts). Finally on moving out I was charged a large sum to have the flat cleaned - they allowed the cleaning company to quote for work that they acknowledged was unnecessary but then gave me no time to find an alternative (emailing me at 4.30 when they close at 5pm). Overall I was very disappointed with the service they provided and would urge people to steer clear of Charterhouse lettings!

We rented a property through Charterhouse for 18 months between November 2013 and May 2015. Very polite and professional staff. When we reported issues they were acknowledged and dealt with. Would recommend.
