Not only do we research the market to find you the best value for money policy at inception, we also do a full market review on renewal to ensure your policy remains competitive throughout the term. To compliment our advice service we have a dedicated administration team who are available to help with any policy queries, amendments to cover or claims throughout the policy term. Our service is free and without obligation with both face to face and telephone advice services to suit your requirements and time constraints. We do not have a one size fits all approach when it comes to pricing our products and we take the time to thoroughly research all of our clients' needs before making a bespoke recommendation. The majority of our advisors are qualified to the new industry approved qualification level of IF7. Whilst it is not compulsory we are keen that the remainder of our advisors be qualified during 2011 as part of our company initiative to support industry qualifications and ensure our advisors give the highest standard of advice at all times. Whilst we specialise in Private Medical Insurance, our additional qualifications enable us to offer advice on both the full range of wellbeing medical insurance products and protection products for businesses and individuals.
