Ingredients:... 37.5ml Chase Vodka 12.5ml Chase Elderflower Liqueur A squeeze of fresh lemon juice Top with soda
Method: Build all ingredients in a wine glass over lots of ice. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

Try for yourself:... 40ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka 25ml Raspberry Cordial 12.5ml Lemon Juice Top with Soda
Method: Simply combine the first 3 ingredients over cubed ice. Add the soda and stir. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

The Lavender & Cucumber Tonic: a refreshing serve to sip on a balmy, beautiful Friday evening.
Re-create yourself using the recipe below:
Ingredients:... 60ml Williams Elegant 48 Gin 1 tsp of lavender sugar or 2 drops edible lavender essence plus 12.5ml sugar syrup A quarter of a muddled cucumber Top with half and half cloudy apple juice and tonic
Method: Roughly chop a 1/4 of a cucumber and muddle with the sugar in a cocktail shaker. Pour in the gin and shake with ice. Double strain into a glass over cubed ice and top with a little cloudy apple juice and tonic. Stir and serve with a sprig of fresh lavender.

Last weekend we set sail with Bompas & Parr during Art Night on the Thames Clipper to celebrate the Secret Life of a Potato. Guests were treated to a multi-sensory experience accompanied by delicious spud-inspired cocktails using our spirits.
