Welcome to the page of Kids Fitness + Fun : )

Here at C. H. A. S. E. Fitness we decided to create a class for children to get them feeling much stronger and fitter, playing sports is great! but your child will not be playing at the highest level if they lack mobility or core strength.

This class is unique and consists of circuit training using very light weights and body weight exercises including fun and games, the aim of the session is to get children aware of the benefits of exercise and perform correct techniques.

Kids Fitness + Fun is every Tuesday at 4. 15pm including school holidays in Saint Andrews church the small hall in Southgate N14 5PP right next to Asda.

Good morning everyone,
I hope you and your family are staying positive in times of uncertainty. If you have family members that are at high risk please follow the guidelines set for social distancing that could be key to their health and well being.

Been doing my research today due to my job role and if we have family members that are elderly limit visits in big gatherings especially if they have underlying health issues.
Continue to keep washing your hands with soap and warm water thoroughly, take the right precautions if we can prevent the spread let's do it!
If you want to use handgel and have no skin issues make sure your hand sanitizer is at least 60% alcohol for it to do the job properly.

Good work from my client Rula! today was more of getting her back into the swing of things, by getting her to engage her core muscles and increase her heart rate after a slight set back. But now she's back! and knows she needs more sessions, with a variety of equipment and exercises.
Once a long term goal has been set it has to be achieved! no what ifs 🙄 or buts! 💪🙂.

Excellent work once again from some the juniors during their school holidays, 🙂👍 When most of us talk about fitness we talk about building muscle or losing weight.
For children that are Key Stage 2 (under 12 years old) it's all about having fun, being themselves or as a parent or trainer looking at them improve their motor skills without them even knowing. 💪

Make sure you incorporate skipping as you can see in this video during your workout at the end of every session at least once a week, it's one of the best cardio vascular exercises alongside boxing.
When you workout try and remember to do core exercises before you do anything in your session.
You will build strength throughout your workout and feel much better afterwards.

Excellent work from my client Avi once again 👍. His reaction time has improved and his core strength is much better along with the hits he's achieving during our sessions.
The more you work the more you'll achieve! you have to start from the bottom and work your way up to the top or very close to the top.

Reaching goals are never easy but it's always that I NEED TO! feeling that will make you reach beyond your imagination.

We are nearly approaching a new year we aren't getting any younger, so make sure you set fitness goals and you try to achieve them to the best of your ability.
Never give up! and strive for greatness never let anyone keep you down you choose what direction you want to go in. You don't wish to be happy happiness finds you by having the right mindset, being around people that will motivate you and being in the right surroundings.
YOU SHOULD BE IN SYNC WITH YOUR SURROUNDINGS TO ACHIEVE HAPPINESS.

Don't just have oats! have oats with a spoonful of flaxseed.
Don't eat the same thing everyday you should change your diet, sprinkle some flaxseed in your cereal which contains antioxidants, protein, minerals, vitamins and fiber.

Excellent work once again from my client Avi who's been putting in the work in every session.
Main thing for him and especially Rugby players is focusing on core strength, once you develop your core the rest of the body falls into place.
Diet is a major factor and I keep telling my client even though he's young, the right foods will make you who you are along with the right exercises.
