Right by Chatsworth House. Lovely site. Lots of walking areas. Lots of Mallards on the site. We saw them with their young. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Car parking was just too far away from the event, 1/2 and hour's walk away with young children & pushchairs even though we arrived at 10.15. People arriving later parked nearer. Otherwise all 6 families enjoyed the day out.

Great location. Clean tidy site.

The house wasn't even fully open at the time and they only offered us an extension of the 50% off to a year. Nice walks around the estate but pretty expensive to go in the house and around the gardens

Brilliant site really helpful staff and friendly showers and toilets spotless

Fantastic place. As always with c.m.c. clean and well presented. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic site right in the grounds of Chatsworth House (it's a strictly 1pm arrive due to access) a very quite tranquil place with loads of walks you get a key to a big door in the wall it's a bit like entering Narnia which leads you into the grounds of Chatsworth park and a walk that leads to the Village of baslow and two pubs the Devonshire arms and the Wheatsheaf both serve really good food

Clean..very clean. Quiet and we'll laid out. Typical Chatsworth.

Bigsite...beautiful countryside views...sited by river Derwent...squirrels ducks with their young pheasants etc...they feed from your hand...exceptionally clean...very enjoyable 4 days ...only thing staff couldn't do was control the weather...

One of our favourite local sites for weekend breaks. Surroundings are needless to say wonderful. Baslow walkable through the park where there are a couple of pubs for food and drink. Campsite facility's spotless warm and dry, staff great, pitches large and flat ,faultless, other than always full so hard to get on .

Great site. Good location. Shame the trees are so compacted blocking much of the sunlight and TV reception too - none existent.

Just nice.the deer at this time of year are noisy. They are rutting. When windy acorns drop on top of van. Pick your spot carefully.

Our second visit. Ideal to explore the area on foot with lovely walks in all directions. Our favourite is up to Baslow Edge. Bonus is the key to the key through the walled garden to Chatsworth Park. Beautiful evening sunsets, with deer all around.

Good site, great facilities, friendly staff. Always busy, but quiet in the evening and at night (apart from the rutting stags, that is).
