Not been for a while but visited Saturday morning & its loads better now, alarm on the gate new climbing stuff the kids loved it! Oh and they make a fab cuppa ;-)

User

My little boy loves it here as there is a mixture of soft play climbing frames, slides and ball pools and also he loves playing in the cars and road way I would definitely recommend it's great value here compared to some other play areas

User

Loads of space for running around, easy to keep an eye on young children. An older child tried to go outside to find her mum and the staff were obviously keeping an eye out and managed to stop the child leaving. My one year old loved it.

User

Kids love this place, they have got a few new stuff there then to last time we went. The staff are friendly. Have read some reviews other people have wrote and I think they are being really unfair:it can be cold at times but most soft plays usually are either take a big cardi or actually play with your kids you will soon warm up. And then since your playing with your kids you can sherif any kids you consider being too mean or rough. I don't think the place or staff should be put down for, kids being too rough I don't expect the staff to sherif the kids that's down to the parents and unfortunately not all parents do but you surely get that at all soft plays it's nothing to do with establishment.

We used to be regulars as the kids enjoy it, the staff are nice and friendly. The only reason we don't go as much now, is when you have two kids it can be pricy to go as often as we do so we get a whacky warehouse play pass Β£15 for two children for month. If you did a pass like this we would definitely be regulars again.

User

I take my 6 Year old Son Max here almost every Saturday, as he loves it.

All the Staff are brilliant & friendly, which can't be easy as it's usually very busy on a Saturday, and Max likes to try & help them out with the cleaning & tidying up.

The food is always great & they have a good choice.

Plenty for the kids to play on, in each half of the room.

Can't fault the place or Staff on anything, and Max looks forward to it every week.

User

Had my son's 4th birthday party here today and it was brilliant. The price, the food, the party bags and the staff were all brilliant. Had one happy boy with a mix of the playgym and bikes to ride round on.

User

Fabulous for the kids amazing friendly staff that go the extra mile love it

User

Excellent play area for children of all ages! Very relaxed, brilliant customer service and an overall great experience for an indoor play area! Will definitely be visiting again!

User

Took my sons and niece and nephew here since refurbishment and can honestly say they thoughly enjoyed it and that's the main thing seems a lot cleaner than it has been in previous years only down side its slightly over priced almost Β£50 for 5 kids with snacks only food ordered was 2 plates of chips. All in all good fun for the kids

User

Took my little girl and her friend yesterday ! Lots to do kids really enjoyed it. Only 2 members of staff working tho and the playgym was full so maybe need more staff on although the little boy I was with got stuck and I couldn't go get him as I had my baby too and the staff member I asked was very nice and went and got him for me which I thought was kind as they were rushed off there feet !! Didn't order food as queue was massive and 2 staff on so thought it would take a while ! Will come again then ..

User

My little boy loves it here, we go once a week and the staff are lovely...BUT I feel like I leave every week with a cold, it is ridiculous how cold it is inside, I understand the kids run around and warm up but even today my son wanted to leave early because he was freezing. It's the only thing that lets it down. Pleeeeease invest in some form of heating ❄❄❄

User

I was introduced to this play centre by my friend. It's spacious & cleaner than some other play centres I've been to. I too have noticed that the staff do clear away the plates etc from customers & clean down the tables. I've noticed signs up around saying not to consume your own food which people ignore but they don't clear away their mess, which I disagree with. I love the fact there are several play houses for the kids as it can be stressful for parents when children are squabbling over playing in them.

User

Went today it was absolutely freezing cold in the building my son seem to enjoy it but he was running around so kept himself warm (ish) as for me and my friend we were so cold despite having mugs of tea. Don't think I'll be returning unless the heating issue is sorted οΏ½

User

Went today and it was absolutely freezing. Everyone was sat with their coats and scarves on. Good price though and plenty to do for the kids.

Put some heating on!

User

The place has potential to be really great fun, but lack of enforcement to parents letting their kids take snacks and drinks onto the play area is just going to make it unclean and messy very fast. Probably tailored more to kids under 5 than anything else.

User

We will never submit our son to a punishment of a place like this again, we love going to play areas with our son but the mentality of the parents today was like something from shameless, older kids running riot around the toddler area, throwing balls at younger kids, throwing each other around near younger ones, then some spawn of an unfit mother smacked my 20 month old son around the head several times and when confronted the 'mother' said he's only 5... at 5 a kid should know it's not right to hit anyone let alone a baby, I dread to think what prison that ones gonna be in when it's older... the staff didn't seem to care that health and safety was being ignored or rules were being ignored and as for dirt.. Kim and haggie wouldn't have tackled that place, I almost bought a bottle of disinfectant for myself upon leaving, I was sticking to the floor when walking and between the mats had mouldy food and dust from the day the place opened, anyone taking a baby there kit them out in armour and rubber gloves and wipe your feet on the way out...Will never visit there again.

User

Today I think it was out of order basically telling a kid that's disabled they have to leave alk because a woman didn't like the way he was but the kids she had with her was just nasty and you think with her wearing a NHS uniform she understand people with disabilities so I don't think we be calling in again any time soon that's 60 pound wasted poor kid was in tears didn't understand why he had to leave you think this place would be fine with kids with disabilities. The woman working today her child was also spitting on my kids out of order

User

Third visit in a row I've had ringside seats to a boxing match. Parents behaving like wild animals screaming and fighting over children that can't behave!!

This place is clearly understaffed and seriously lacking management.

Though I did feel sorry for the young girl this morning trying to run the place single handedly and deal with the situation, your staff clearly need training and support.

I will not be returning and I recommend people stay well away from this place!!

User

Terrible...mothers go there to get them out of their hair! To let them run wild whilst they sit reading papers and magazines not watching them or supervising them in the slightest!! Or to have a meeting with their friends, again not keeping an eye on their kids! They're the ones who run around smacking other children for no reason!! Last time I came a boy of about 5 was going round being nasty to all the other children and his mum didn't look up from her phone once, she had no clue. I saw him the whole time as did other parents, he smacked my 10 month old around her head while she was sat right near me! I'd had enough. Told his mum who didn't believe me and said he was an angel..! Haha! The time after that My friend saw a boy pull his pants down and wee in the ball pit all down the slide! Haven't been back and wont.
