Went in today and a lovely lady and gentleman helped set me up with a new puffer to stop smoking. The customer service I received was excellent and they really listened to my concerns about giving up the fags! Walked away feeling confident I can do it. Thank you for all your help and advice today :))

This shop is amazing, brilliant service from lovely people. They know everything and anything about vaping. Try before you buy, BRILLIANT. Open everyday of the week is amazing when you need a quick top up with liquids. Cheap, large range of vapes and amazing flavours with the liquids. I would/will recommend everyone here!

It's so nice to find a retailer like cheeky smoke lancing, somewhere you can try before you buy. Somewhere you can ask the 'stupid' questions without being made to feel stupid. Somewhere advice costs nowt and is freely and willingly given.



It's refreshing to feel you can just hang out for a while chatting, listening or just chilling for a while.



You'll be sure of a warm welcome and maybe even a sneaky cuddle with the amazing Luka, now if there was only a coffee machine I'd never have to go home.

It is an excellent shop for all my vaping supplies. They are all very helpful and friendly. I would recommend them every time.

I can’t thank Brett enough for his brilliant customer service, patients and knowledge he was able to give to myself and dad. Even the couple of customers we spoke to aswell. Very friendly, lively, and full of humour. There’s nothing like being served well, I can say you don’t get served anywhere else like it. Well and truly happy, I shall be converting myself in a few weeks time when I feel it’s the right time to do so. Massive thank you again, no doubt be back in again. I cannot rate this place enough, I wish I was able to give 10 stars! I bought a couple of coils this morning and managed to burn one out within seconds! Purely down to my impatience and not knowing what I was doing. I went back saying please help me I don’t know what I’ve done and they replaced my coil and gave me a lesson in how to use it properly! Thank you so much, I will be back very soon as I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else. First class service

Awesome shop, staff are all so lovely and helpful! Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my vape supplies now. They seem to understand what I need even with my made up names for everything smoky stick related!
