I am Fully Insured, Registered with Southend council & EVH as well as hmrc and also hold a Level 2 health & Hygiene certificate

Each cake is individually designed and carefully hand-made to order. I only use the finest ingredients- premium flours, natural extracts no artificial flavourings, Butter and free range eggs to achieve the best results in quality and taste,

Unless otherwise stated, all products are nut-free but are not made in a nut-free environment. Products contain gluten unless specifically stated to be gluten-free. The customer should notify the company of any food allergies prior to placing the order. Cakes are made without preservatives and should be eaten as soon as possible. Cakes should be stored in a dry place at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat.

A non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking: )
I do use separate bowls and utensils for making gluten free cakes to avoid cross contamination.
