I have been in this store a few time looking for various bike bits and have always been impressed by the politeness and knowledge shown by the staff. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for bike help, Nick is extremely knowledgeable and will recommend what best suits YOU but you need to be prepared to spend time and not rush.
I received great help and service throughout and cannot believe some of the previous negative feedback. Staff took a lot of time to ensure I got what i needed and helped me make sure I had the correct 'gear' to enjoy my bike - i'm loving my new TT setup (something that no other shop and I've tried a few has been able to do). Definitely 5 star from me! 🚵

I live in Norwich and 2 year ago this was the only place I could get the exact bike & size frame I wanted, first class service then & since, wish they are closer to norwich

Have used 3 times. Once for a simple BB change, which was fine. However the 2 times since have been beyond awful. The second time I took a wheelset in which took 4 weeks to be returned - and the problem hadn't even been resolved. Took it to Spec after and sorted it for a fraction of the price I paid at CC. The manager was very apologetic - shame he couldn't have kept me informed before then. Alarm bells ringing I took it in a few weeks ago for a steerer tube to be cut down. Slight delay on my part which I had no issues with, but no one keeps you updated. Not once - even when it was ready. The icing on the cake was a wobbly front end because they hadn't put enough spacers in to clamp the headset tight. Back to Specialized I went and now its sorted. All for supporting my local bike shop but never again. Could learn a lot from the efficiency and customer service of a big company.
