Had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted , prompt and professional service. Couldn't get an appointment for British Gas to quote for 3 days! By that time CPH had fitted my new boiler and was up n running :-) .
I would and have recommended them.

They replaced a Heat Exchanger.
It leaked twice. Water through ceiling twice.
10 months later leaking through ceiling again.
They came and said there is no kit to replace Heat Exchanger parts. Also claimed the pump was leaking and top of boiler had a water leak. And would need a water pressure reducer fitting. When I said I only wanted Heat Exchanger fixing he packed his bag and said that as there had been a previous claim his boss had told him not to do any work.
Got a plumber recommended by a friend. Water pump was not leaking. No leak from top of boiler. And no need for pressure reducing valve. He removed the Heat Exchanger and replaced the rubber O ring without issue. The rubber O ring that they had fitted was much smaller than the correct size. It also had a nick out of it, which was why it was leaking.
And contrary to what they said about there being no kit, the rubber O ring was available from where they bought the Heat Exchange.
