Excellent service and very customer focussed, took my bike in as my gear shifter was not working and had the Prudential Ride London to do the day after... fixed it with a spare that they had, it worked perfectly, and I am very thankful! Did the 100 miles and raised money for Air Ambulance, so thank you to Cheltenham Cycles for helping with that. Will be back!

These guys do know their stuff. Accommodating when I needed a spoke put in to my wheel. Servicing is top draw and they only charge for what they do.

These lads are the elephants large ones on bicycles , service , customer care , the thing is on line bicycle shopping is huge , sometimes you need that bit of human contact and know how , thumbs up🚴🏽

Went in to buy a grease gun. The guy actually laughed at me. It's not really an unusual request. They might know alot about bikes. It'd be nice if they were more willing to share that. Got some friendly sensible advice at another shop round the corner.
