Cheltenham Nursery

A small private nursery implementing Montessori methods, run by husband and wife team with the help of qualified and experienced staff. Ages 2-5.

Cheltenham Nursery will provide children aged two to five with a safe, secure, stimulating and happy environment. We will be open Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm closing only for bank holidays and a week at Christmas.
We provide a safe and exciting environment for children to develop new skills and we provide a wide range of learning opportunities and enriching experiences designed to encourage your child to reach his or her full potential.
Within the nursery we will be implementing Montessori methods - The Montessori approach is holistic and aims to develop the whole child. Fundamental to the approach is the belief that a child's early years from birth to six are the period when they have the greatest capacity to learn.
We will follow the Early Years Foundation Stage to ensure children learn and develop and are kept healthy and safe.
We are fortunate enough to have our own safe, private outside area for the children to use when the weather permits. It is fenced off entirely for the children's use.
Our overall objective is to provide an education to enable children to make the transfer to school with self-confidence and with a good grounding in the skills they will require.
