Went last night with my daughter first time. Soon as walked in made to feel welcome ..the food was excellent ..very friendly staff and prices good to which in Four Oaks is a blessing as so many places in FO a complete rip off. Will definately go again.

Went last night for a birthday meal quite busy for a Monday night which speaks volumes. Absolutely great place food and staff were wonderful and the little touches provided like birthday sashes on the chairs complimentary spicey aperitif and birthday sweet with candles! So reasonably priced can well recommend and certainly will be going again. A little gem!

Went here as a family of 4 last night, on arrival we were greeted by some friendly staff who showed us to our seats. We were treated to a complimentary pre starter which was amazing! You can tell the food is made from fresh ingredients and with an open kitchen you know you are being served food cooked to a high standard. Highly recommend everyone tries Chennai. Amazing fresh tasting food, Amazing staff. Keep up the good work! !

We've been having take away from here since it opened always great food, tonight we tried the new restaurant and as expected the food was fantastic topped of with great service and nice little touches that made the whole evening perfect. Prices are good and take your own drinks. Plenty of non alcoholic drinks available. I can highly recommend this little gem.

We have just had a wonderful meal at Chennai. Their service and food was absolutely first class. We will definitely be returning!!!

We had booked a table for 6 at 21:00 last night but turned up with one extra person. The restaurant was packed so they could find an extra seat. They asked us to come back in an hour and said they would look after us. When we did come back the food was fantastic and the service was second to non - despite us being the last people in the restaurant. Would recommend this place to anyone �

This restaurant is amazing, Paul and all the staff are very attentive and friendly would highly recommend , the food is second to non, we travelled across city and will certainly be doing it again, Thank you all for a wonderful evening x

This is the best Indian takeaway for miles !!!! I Won't go elsewhere now. The food is amazing and the staff are so wonderfully friendly. A must try !!!!! Soon to be restaurant too xx

The food in the Chennai is quite simply amazing, NOT just another Indian restaurant!

Tasty food , good service and the lively Bangra music made the evening swing.

Just had a fabulous meal at Chennai, the staff were so accommodating and friendly, the food was gorgeous and the portions were very generous. I loved the personal touches with the chefs specials, the little towels and the sweeties... thank you so much, we will be back xx

Having celebrated my birthday every year with a family curry, and using the same venue, we decided to risk changing to the Chenai this year and we're not disappointed. We received a warm welcome, enjoyed delicious food and I was even presented with a beautiful birthday cake complete with candles. We will certainly be returning. Wiley Bowkett and family.

Had an amazing meal here last night with my friends! Food was amazing & service from the staff was above & beyond! Highly recommend & cant wait to come back very soon!

First visit on Saturday 23rd December, and what a find!! The food was amazing, trully delicious. The service was brilliant, they treated my 9yr old so well and made him feel really important and involved. The service was second to none, quick and efficient (without feeling like they were hovering). The little touches really made the evening. Cant recommend this highly enough xx

First time at this restaurant, recommended by a family member, my god best original and creative meal I've had in a long time. Can't wait to go back, thanks

I was recommended Chennault by a golfing buddy. Always tricky for the person who recommends as tastes can be different, however we were delighted to have gone.

Not impressed. Order late and item missing. Rang and offered the item free next time but didn't enjoy meal as left with curry and no side. Not exactly free or on the house as stated as ive already paid for it! Not acceptable. Expensive for what you get. Won't be ordering again
