Our CompanyOur friendly team of fully qualified and experienced carers is led by Richard J Barnett, whose 19 years of experience in the field and his hands-on management approach has allowed us to build lasting, long-term relationships with the people we care for. Richard's passion for focusing on people is echoed fully by our staff, not only in the care sector but also our administration and management team who are responsible for the overall co-ordination of each individual care plan. Specialist training is standard practice for us where the unique care needs of a client require a little extra effort to maintain continuity of care, an important aspect of well-being. Caring for people is not only about their physical needs but their emotional ones too, which is reflected in the services we provide. Our care team provides live-in support to a wide range of clients in their own homes. We understand that an individual must feel happy and confident within their home, and as a result, the carers we employ are chosen after careful consideration for what most fits the service users needs. We excel at treating people as individuals, exceeding the requirements laid out by the Health and Social Care Act of 2008, on a daily basis. Our services are provided throughout Sussex and Surrey, with our managerial team and office based in Brighton and on call 24 hours a day.
