Just to let you know that we will be rescheduling our Cherry Blossom Fitness Class that was planned for tomorrow - (I managed to choose the one date where everyone seemed to be on holiday - you lucky things!!!) I’ve been in touch with everyone who had booked a place, and will give those of you who expressed an interest first dibs on the new date! In the meantime, if you fancy popping along to one of the regular classes at the gym, there are loads to choose from, just let me know if you’d like more info xx

This weekend we provided a cute little cake for this adorable photo shoot!!!! Absolute cuteness overload!!!!

I know it’s a bit of a random thing to be doing but I’m so excited for our Cherry Blossom Fitness Class!!! We still have a few places left, who’d like to join us! A chance to work up a bit of a sweat and then enjoy some cake, refreshments and a chat after!!! Suitable for all fitness levels and abilities!!!
