The treatment received has now removed the constant aching I was experiencing. Cannot thank Gar enough for getting me back to being able to do activities again. Great guy and great company. Massive handbag discovered at cherry Hill this week, weighing in at over 7 Kg (1 Stone). A recent survey of 1000 woman's handbags (no survey on manbags yet) showed an average weight of just over 3 kg. It was probably no coincidence that this lady suffered from neck pain. We have become a nation of plankers, but are we doing it correctly? most of the lower back injuries in the active gym users are caused by people trying to strengthen their core! which person do you think are using the correct planking technique?
