Cherry Tree Holiday Park

We have a place here so we love it for that weekend escape,you can also rent a static or lodge through Parkdean resorts.

Staff behind the bar and dealing with breakfast were brilliant. Manager was so friendly . Facilities were spotless

Lovely tidy park. Entertainment a bit limited but the park it's self is great. The shop on site sells a good range and not bad prices.

Always a nice break here, facilities are good. The bars are quite overpriced though. Had a dog run into our caravan and tried to jump at my son. I was very annoyed at this, I will not be staying again because of this. And also me and my son was only in pool out of family and had sickness bug all week. So taken my rating from a 4 to a 2. And I won't be purchasing a caravan due to dogs on the loose. Outside seating area and furniture was very dirty, I had to clean it. I also had to call reception as my garden furniture was stolen. Don't let it put you off yarmouth though as it's beautiful in the summer for a holiday.

Caravan was lovely. Nice and clean. Facilities were really good. Great pools. Good entertainment. The only thing letting that place down and stopping us from going back again are the restaurant staff. Rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming. Never greet you, never smile. Found a hair in my food, got no apology. Was offered a replacement meal but as my family were near to finishing their meal before I could bring it to someone's attention, politely declined. Manager Tania just walked off without another word didn't even offer a refund. Went to Breydon Water for breakfast the next day and was immediately meet by a friendly smile. Finding anywhere else to eat close by isn't easy so we decided to come home a night early.

All staff friendly and helpful, The campsite was clean and tidy even had a visit from house keeping to make sure caravan was up to scratch(which it was ) all in all a really nice well kept park. Definitely will return.

Top quality food at on site Restaurant. Great, helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities. The caravan was clean and well maintained. Lots of activities within a 30-40 minute drive. My children 8 and 10 absolutely loved it and talked about it for days and want to go back. Good traditional evening entertainment. Highly recommended.

Just came back from a weeks break at Cherry Tree. 2nd year in a row. Lovely holiday park with great children's entertainment. Friends of ours didn't have great caravans and one family was moved but ours was lovely and seemed quite new. Not over keen on the staff at the park as never very helpful and on our last day we tried to re book for next year but were put off by the poor customer service and 'cant be bothered' attitude. We were advised to book over the phone or on line (even though they showed an advertisement to book for next year to get money off upon checking out)! Now decided to give it a miss altogether.
