Lovely down to earth staff and lovely prom dresses

I purchased my daughters prom dress this year and the service was fantastic.Nothing too much trouble.
The shop can be very busy at times and sometimes appointments have to be made but the staff dont rush you.Its a very personal service. They made my daughter and myself feel very comfortable.
Just prior to the prom we had a dilemma and when i messaged the owner on the day the shop was closed she immediately replied and offered a solution even though thats not the policy.I was very grateful.
The shop has some beautiful dresses at a realistic price.The owner is very careful that no one from the same school has same design dress.
I would rate this shop and service. Will certainly return if i need a dress for a special occasion.Thank you very much..Sue and Emily..

Lovely lady

Bought my daughters prom dress here, they have an amazing collection of dresses, and the staff knew exactly what my daughter wanted. Staff are friendly, helpful and made our experience very enjoyable. The lady picked out dresses straight away that were just what she had imagined, we are very happy we chose Cherubs! We would strongly recommend them to everyone! Thanks again 😀👍🏼
