Cheshire Calm is a new wellness service offering mindfulness and meditation (classes and consultation, for groups and individuals at home, or in the workplace) and Reiki treaments. Our mindfulness and methods and meditation techniques are largely from Buddhist and Taoist traditions, and we also draw on ancient Western philosophy and modern approaches to well-being. We are based in Warrington and the North West of England. Mindfulness consultations and meditation sessions can also be provided 1-to-1 via skype. Individual reiki treatments can also be provided.
