Had my lips done, lips were slightly uneven before treatment. Had treatment and it remained uneven, Teri has tried to correct this.

Big thank you to Dr Johnson for my second Profhilo treatment on my neck. The skin is so much better, less saggy and wrinkled. I love it and will definitely have more! Cheshire Lasers is a fantastic clinic, all the staff are so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have had lots of different treatments there and have never been disappointed, as they always do a great job! I have compete trust in Dr Johnson and her staff and recommend Cheshire Lasers as the number one clinic for all aesthetic treatments!

My recent visit was as excellent and happy as I always am every time I visit. The standards and knowledge here are exceptional and I've never been disappointed and wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Johnson especially, gives me confidence in her skills and talents, I'm always sure she knows exactly what I'm trying/hoping to achieve and performs miracles!

I use Cheshire Lasers for Botox, lip fillers podiatry and intimate waxing. I have always been really pleased with the results, the price and the level of service received. Dr Johnson is also my GP and so I know that I get a duty of care that I may not get elsewhere. Dr Johnson has always explained all procedures fully to me regardless of the outcome, her ethical standards are so high that she would rather not perform a treatment if there is a risk of adverse side effects as was the case a couple of years ago when I wanted a filler to treat tear trough. After Dr Johnson explained the potential risks, I decided against the procedure and she kindly referred me to a local eye surgeon which meant that she would personally lose the business. These high clinical standards are why I choose to keep returning for more treatments and I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering non surgical procedures as you will be safe hands.

I have been a customer of Cheshire Lasers for many years. I have also used other Clinics like this business. I have to say that the service I get from Cheshire Lasers is amazing. The knowledge that everyone has is so comforting, if someone is not sure about a service or product they will find the professional in that area to give you full details before you go ahead with any treatment. The products they use are some of the best on the market. You are welcomed by lovely friendly members of the team and looked after from start to finish.

I attend Cheshire Lasers on a regular basis for various treatments and have done for a number of years. No matter which therapist i have to carry out the relevant treatment i always receive excellent attention and customer service. Every therapist i have had has been extremely knowledgeable in the treatment they are prescribing/administering and have never had any need for complaint. All the staff are very welcoming and i look forward to attending my treatments. I can thoroughly recommend this clinic for any procedure/treatment you may be considering.

I had treatment with Dr Teri Johnson. The first time, the results were amazing and I loved it. The second time wasn't as good. I notice that Dr Teri Johnson didn't use as much product as the first time. I mentioned it to her and she said that she has use the same amount. I left it at that but I knew she hadn't used as much and even missed areas. The fact that it wore off within two months spoke volumes to me. As a result of this, I feel I was given a decent amount the first time to make me feel happy to go back. As for the second time, I feel like it's a case of well we've got your business now and if you come back a second time, you'll no doubt keep return out of a sense of loyalty. If I feel I'm not getting good value for my hard earned money (and let's face it, it's not cheap) then I don't have the incentive to return I'm sorry to say.

Had a range of beauty and anti aging treatments over the last few years. The staff are very professional but also friendly and make sure you are comfortable with every treatment. I am always offered a drink on arrival, and nothing is too much effort. I appreciate how they take my health into consideration and due to my bad back they never make me sit/lie in a position which is uncomfortable, unlike other places I have visited in the past.

I have always been very pleased with my visits with Dr. Teri Johnson. The clinic has always been warm, welcoming and friendly. The range of treatments and services offered are extensive and ever-expanding. Dr. Teri's follow up service is wonderful and demonstrates her extremely professional nature.
