The journey into motherhood is an exciting time and one to embrace. My mission here is to educate, embrace and empower women entering into this journey.
I am trained to provide antenatal education, through birthing and relaxation tips. Pregnancy yoga, and doula services (both pre and post birth) . once you have your gorgeous bundle, I can offer baby massage, baby yoga and toddler yoga.
All this along with some beautiful organic products for the whole family.
