We visit Cheshire Oaks regularly and have been visitors for years. Today was slightly different to our usual shopping spree. We were in Pret A Manger and our one year old daughter started choking. We’d like to thank the two security men who appeared from nowhere in seconds, the off duty Irish nurse who was luckily in the cafe at the time and also the Pret staff for your help in our time of need. Visited with my partner on Easter Monday, we were really impressed with the way parking was handled as it was really busy.

Can’t thank the lovely ladies in the watch station enough for their help when we were both choosing a watch. They were attentive and all really friendly. We will most definitely be going back in the future.

Today being Good Friday, you just knew it was going to be busy at Cheshire Oaks. And it was. But I was extremely impressed with how they managed the parking. Not only do they have the usual signs saying how many spaces were left in each car park, they also had additional huge electronic signs stating carpark b & c full but space in the multi-storey etc. And then on top of that there were high-vis jackets all over the place directing traffic, even inside the multi-storey, directing you to where the spaces were. Once at the shops, all of the staff were extremely cheery and helpful even though it was more busy than usual. That said I barely had to queue at the tills as they were well staffed and efficient. And walking around there were people in costume giving out bunches of daffodils and cream eggs for the kids! Plus free samples in some shops too! And loads of great offers on. Very well organised to receive the masses and make it an enjoyable trip!! Thank you!!!

User

One of the best outlet parks I’ve been to, great range of shops suiting all ages of family members. Can make a whole day of it with the restaurants and cinema after. Well worth a visit!

User

I’ve spent three days trying to track down some particular pants and spoke to not only people from Guest Services but Juicy Couture staff members themselves and every single one of them went above and beyond for me and I went from Manchester to collect the item today. I’m so happy and feel like I’ve received vip service. I could not recommend enough. Special thanks to Gemma from GS. Thank you again, girls, I’m so happy with my juicy pants!!! Xo

User

Had a spontaneous trip to Cheshire Oaks since we had been in Wallasey.

One of the best spontaneous decisions I have made, fantastic shopping centre.

Huge discounts to be had if you look hard enough, definitely be back later in the year.

I’d recommend the premium parking- costs £5. But you get a 10% off card which is valid in most of the shops. Plus other vouchers and a parking space!

User

Great place. Shoppers paradise! They are extending g it but it’s not a problem getting round fair play to the workmen.

User

Great place will be visiting again very soon, just remember to get there early to park!

User

From Burberry to Radley to Michael Kors, fantastic place to shop and eat and spend a great day out!

User

A bit of a trial getting parked, but well worth it when you get in. Lots of savings this week being Valentine's week. Great shopping!

User

Love my visits to the outlet - parking is a bit tight so get there early, but shops to see are varied and well worth a visit. Something for everyone

User

It was my first time visiting, good selection of shops but not enough public seating for someone who has mobility problems. Had to abandon a lot of the shops due to lack of seating, it would help if there was more public seating, preferably undercover as a lot of seating was unusable with the heavy rain.

User

Called in again on our way home from a weekend in Wales. Got what I came for. But we were very disappointed again on the poor service in Valerie Patisserie this is the second time this has happened to us. Definitely would be having a meal in there again. Will most likely buy their cakes.

User

Visited yesterday with my 2&4 yr old and it was very stressful I understand it’s half term and it’s busy but that wasn’t the problem it was all the building work going on. It didn’t feel like the usual relaxing place to walk round and enjoy the sunshine, builders dust and dark alleys to walk through and then to find there was no longer the playground very disappointed. Information regarding building works should be a news bulletin on your website as I always check official websites before visiting anywhere. We will not be coming back until all the building work has finished.

User

Please be aware, this is NOT regarding the shops, but the baby changing facilities. The sensor light in the parent changing room near M&S is really dangerous and is potentially a danger to a child’s safety. It’s constantly turning off within a matter of seconds, leaving me in the pitch black with my baby on the changing unit. Thankfully my husband was with me who had to keep moving to trigger it, but god forbid if I was on my own, it could lead to an accident if my baby rolled off or I could have tripped over with my baby in my arms, to move to trigger the sensor. We were in there a while as my baby needed to feed, too, I’m sure you can imagine how eventful and stressful this was! I sincerely hope this is addressed and rectified as it’s an accident waiting to happen!

User

Worst place I have ever worked don’t give a dam about people how work there only customers without shop staff to serve the customer you would not have shops take staff parking away for car park to be left empty all day what a joke

User

Went on Google and their own webpage to check the opening times as it was a Sunday. Both pages said open till 6pm. We thought we would aim to get there after 5pm to allow the peak shopping to quieten down. We had a few specific shops we wanted to visit because it was Black Friday weekend. When we arrived just after 5pm, all the shops we wanted to visit were shut. There were certainly other shops that traded till 6pm but it is misleading to publish the opening time as such because certainly not all retailers are following this. We wasted an hour's round trip and two Mersey crossing tolls on this pointless trip due to inaccurate information on the website.

The most disabled UNFRIENDLY place I have been to. There are only a handful of disabled spots in the main car parks-as 99% of them are for abled bodied people that can actually walk from the multi-storey car park. Ironically then, the disabled parking is not on the level for actually getting out of the multi-storey car park. The ramps are not flush and so far in 20 minutes I have nearly come out of my chair 3 times, twice into the road!!!! Been in a chair is hard enough and scary enough as people don’t see you without the steep hills and lack of appropriate ramps. I brought my boys to treat them for looking after me, and instead they spent time having to comfort me and stop me falling. I only hope that after your renovations you make more disabled parking as abled body people can actually easily walk from a multi story car park and sort the crossing ramps.

User

It's been open from 8am greed comes to mind must think a lot of the staff, Bet not all the mangment are not in today.it's a nightmare in and out by car
