Cheshire Oaks Harry Ramsden'S

Went yesaday with my son now I no what all the fuss is about it was gorgeous food x and the staff were we're very nice couldn't do enough for u x can't wait for my next visit

Visited yesterday and could not fault the food, fish, scampi, sausage and burger were all great value for money. Could possibly have done with another member of staff taking orders at till the time I was there, other than that the service was good.

Staff were all very friendly, food was excellent, didn’t have to wait long even though it was very busy and food was very hot too 👍😁

Never had a problem with the foods and service. I brought friends and relatives to Cheshire Oaks branch and they were happy too. Highly recommend!

I would like to say thank you to Shaun for the very good sevice we had today. What an asset to your restaurant. Thank you so very much. The fish was cooked to perfection and chips were very fresh too... I look forward to my shopping trip to Cheshire Oaks with the knowledge that I will inevitably have fish and chips at Harrry Ramsden's.

I visited there yesterday lunch time, its very busy, didnt wait long for food to come out. There is a wide range of choice not only for non vegetarians, but vegetarians too on the menu, also milk shakes and desserts, i had battered cod fish and chips with mushy peas, you can choose from regular or large meals. I had regular, portion size for me, was just right, not too many chips and reasonable size fish. I managed to finish everything on my plate, seating is also comfortable and price of meal reasonable, ie what i would normally pay for. Food was hot, sevice was great. I throughly enjoyed it.

I visited the Cheshire Oaks store today, I was blown away by the customer service I received, the staff cannot do enough for you and are all happy and cheerful. I have eaten at other restaurants on cheshire oaks before but never had the positive experience Ive experienced with Harry Ramsdens. I will be recommending this restaurant to my friends and family. The team at cheshire oaks are a credit to your company.

I popped in yesterday for lunch and it was the best scampi and chips I've had! The service was great and the kind lady with blonde hair ensured there was space for my pram and as I was leaving she held the door open for me. Little touches make a big difference. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and I liked the atmosphere and decor. Much more modern and classy. I can't wait to bring my 3 year old daughter too soon as she loves her fish and chips! Thank you again! A lovely lunch!

Fantastic fish and chips.. Totally worth the money.. Love it.. Freindly staff and the food is amazing..

We were there yesterday on a very busy day, there were long queues outside but the lady greeting and seating did a really good job getting people in and seated very quickly and politely. Food was lovely, didn't have to wait long once we had ordered, very generous sized portions and very reasonably priced. Will definitely be there again.

I've worked in chippys for years. Had an amazing meal at the Blackpool tower one so tried here. Fish was grease bound as it had been sitting in the hot box for a while. You can tell when batter goes kinda chewy. Barely any chips ... not a full portion. Kids meal was good. And I can't believe no free bread and butter each seems the prices are over local chippys. I think I'd only go again if I was starving to death. Sorry

Food and service were good. A couple of things let it down. Prices of beverages were way too high. Air conditioning was making the temperature way too cool which led to the food and drink going cold too quickly. Apparently couldn't be turned down. No toilets so had to go out into the complex to use them.

Went in there yesterday for a meal after our shopping trip, don't think I would want to go back, we thought very expensive for what we had and our chips were hard in the middle.

Went to go in for lunch no one was waiting by the door automatically assumed you just sat yourself down, so me and my partner did to then get a man walk up and say 'can you wait at the door to be seated' There was plenty of empty seat he then proceeded to sit another couple on that table clearly out of principle got up and walked out seriously rude staff he could of gave us a menu problem solved. It is a very busy outlet so maybe should be more than one person seating customers down so people won't sit down in the future! Won't be returning and judging by these reviews other people feel the same!

We visited here yesterday looking for a table for 5 most of the tables were taken however there were a few that could have been pushed together to accommodate us however the lady seating us wouldn't do this and explained 'the area manager was in so I can't' after standing in the door way for 5 minutes whilst we looked for somewhere for us to sit while the lady just stood staring at us as if to say 'we have no room go away' she then sat us on two separate tables meaning we couldn't have dinner together as a family to which we got up and left. I'm sure the area manager would have preferred our custom than to see what could have easily been a £50 bill, walk out. From someone who works in the hospitality industry I was very unhappy. Very very bad customer service.

I visited yesterday. Please go back to how it was. I loved the traditional chips in paper. I could go in a cafe if I wanted plates and table service. Take it back to the chip shop feel. It felt awkward having staff waiting around an empty place. Within seconds of finishing food, plates got took away. Having to be seated and not choosing myself where to sit felt uncomfortable. I really enjoyed eating there before but not yesterday i dnt think I will eat there again if it stays that way....
