Huge congratulations to Guy Pearce and Carice Van Houton on the birth of their first child. Guy has been quoted as saying that Carice is celebrating with a placenta smoothie! There were many people who thought my choice to do this was an odd one...It seemed to me like a natural choice and I wanted an organisation that was understanding, knowledgeable and happy to answer the multitude of questions I had.

Lucinda proved to be all of those things and so much more, and now, at 3 weeks after the birth of my baby, I am feeling great. I genuinely think that taking the capsules has helped to boost my energy levels, regulate my mood and recover from the birth in a really positive way, helping me to really enjoy these first few weeks with my newborn daughter.
