A fantastic adventure with an underrated variety of great attractions. Not just a theme park but also and interactive experience and zoo. Their sea life experience is really quite similar to sea life in London, albeit a little smaller.

I went on Halloween and walked through the interactive experience which is great for kids. I had the day off work and came early allowing plenty of time to go on all the rides and some repeated.

My children love it because they are able to go on rides that are suitable for their ages (15, 8 & 6). Also easy access for disabled people and their friends or family. Staff are very helpful all the time in different locationd - thanks all. We enjoyed the Halloween period - it's was fun. We have used Merlin passes for 8 years, and it saves you a lot of money in places all over the county and abroad.

Great for children up to about 14. Nicely laid out with more than a day or two of working your way round. Lions etc are great and presenters are educated and open to answer questions little ones will have. Nice pay area, picnics, rides, zoo etc

Is a good attraction for young children. Is entertaining and educational as well. Staff are friendly and engaging. However queue waits are unacceptably long for some rides. I feel better use of single rider queues, fast tract queues, ride time slots could all be used to lower waiting times. I feel there is possibly a lack of investment and ideas to lower queue times and some rides need updating. Some of the smaller kids rides could be duplicated to avoid long queues. More small rides. More designated smoking areas . More healthy snacks available for example selling of apples fruit etc along with typical popcorn and similar unhealthy options do choice is there.

Cannot fault this place. The staff were very enthusiastic & full of energy. My childhood consisted of being here and it’s such a perfect day out. Rides are amazing, not too scary which is a plus for me in my opinion. Would love to go again!!

1. We saved for this experience for my granddaughter's fifth birthday. It's an expensive treat. Also it was the Easter holidays so we knew it would be busy but what we hadn't bargained on was the 'Fast Trackers' - Having paid good money ourselves we then discover that if you pay even more you can be put in front of the rest of us. The queue for Vampire said one hour, three of our group wanted to go on the ride and two of us waited, me and my granddaughter had a stroll around using the colourful map which is almost impossible to work out, finally found crazy cars and tree top adventure. Over two hours later my daughter gave up the wait for the Vampire ride and came to find us. The remaining two carried on queuing watching many fast trackers go before them. At one point 35 Fast Trackers went through in one go. This is a ridiculous and grossly unfair system raking more money off those that can afford it over the rest of us who have managed to pay the entry fee and certainly causes a lot of bad feeling.
Perhaps it would be better to close the park on certain days and let only the privileged few have it to themselves at highly inflated prices so that the rest of us get a fair crack of the whip on the 'Plebs' days!!
Due to the extended wait time for Fast Trackers to go in front, we missed several of the rides as there simply wasn't enough time.
2. My granddaughter was not tall enough to go on seveal of the rides which makes me wonder why there is a universal charge for all ages?
3. Waited in queue for Flying Jumbos ride with our five year old. A man behind us started to make a fuss about something with the people a couple of feet in front of us. The shouting got worse and my granddaughter got scared and upset, as did we, the language was appalling. After a long time a member of staff (a lady) came up and tried to stop the row. This was unfair on her as the scene got uglier and I couldn't see any other staff around. At that point we and several others, decided to leave that particular ride
4. Although any staff in the rides and shops were polite and helpful there was no one around as far as I could see who you could ask directions etc and as I have said the map was very hard to make out, so a lot of time was spent searching for a ride.
5. Altogether and although the few rides we did manage to get on to were good, it was a disappointing day

Chessington has improved so much that it's become one of my favourite Merlin attractions. My partner and I love taking our daughter here, even if it's just to see how the animals are doing!

Great place to go for a family day out and there are rides here for everyone in the family.

Visited on a Family + friends day so we did not have to pay. Small queues for the rides which was great. Its looking very run down and could do with some cleaning up to the park to enhance the experience.

We drive an electric car and I was impressed that right at the front of the car park were some charging points which we promptly attached our car to for the return journey.
